It's signed by the artist AND Ooura Mizuki. I'd happily take it for less without the autographs...
There were signed Mami programs listed for a while for 20,000 - 30,000 Yen a piece, but the seller lowered the price when they noticed they couldn't sell them. Considering Lucia's comment, that probably won't happen with this one. :(
