Hm. You say Juri is the speaker, but one might have said Toga or even Akio.

You're right, but it's part of a J/A series, so no one will/should think it's anyone but Juri.

I made no efforts to be clear, for the sake of effect. ;)
I think it seems more genuine this way.

It's meant as a kind of casual internal musing/monologue and it would seem very strange (and somewhat... forced) if the speaker would make any effort to clarify who they are, since they're only thinking it to themselves...

(In more confusing words: if I'm talking to myself I have no reason to explain to myself that it's me who's talking...)
