Just to make sure it doesn't go flat too soon: Amazon Rank.
Because, Amazon Fail.
Some more reasonable perspectives, though.
"Some combination of algorithm issues, thoughtlessness, lack of foresight, and lulzers, in varying percentages.    Shake and add internets."
